Fashion Internship (Stage)

Employer : Le Piccinotti, Brescia Italy

My work placement at north of Italy are funded from the Leonardo Da Vinci program with 2 weeks Language course. Throughout my work placement in a local fashion brand company call Le Piccinotti I carried out tasks, which included experience on cutting out garment pieces for the fast Fashion collection and helping sorted the finished garments in order to be present to the buying. Just before started the new collection I had help the fashion team to reorganizing the fabrics in the storing room with sampling all the fabrics for record, helping receiving fabric orders to been sent off to factories and packing factories made garments ready to sent off to customers and assistance scanning pattern blocks to sent off to the factories.

My Duties involve modifying existing vintage garments and required to undertake clothing alterations for an independent retail outlet.
